After three successful editions, the aims of this fourth ULg Spring Week are to welcome non-teaching staff from our partner institutions and share our experience with them. The working language will be French.
Our proposed program falls within the scope of two important subjects' areas:
1. Library network : Overview of the organization of the University Library Network (administrative and geographical); presentation of the digital projects (evolutions of the catalogues, website, institutional repository and other technological developments) and services to the community (education, loans, ILL.); visit of the branch libraries, main reserve and patrimonial collections. The program will also be the place to exchange good practice and perspectives regarding the different tasks in a University library.
2. Student Affairs: orientation, study facilities. Presentation of the different services that can help the students during their studies: university guidance (choice of study, courses, option), study guidance (learning methods and time management), quality of student life (well-being), facilities for students with special needs, distance learning, language learning.
Candidates are pleased to let us know as soon as possible. They should send a document to specifying their function in their University, the topic chosen, their fluency in French and their motivation.
Places are limited to 10 participants for each group (first come first served).

Accepted participants will receive a confirmation via-email in February. We will operate a waiting list in case of any participant withdrawing from the program.
