When the heart suddenly stops beating, every minute counts.
This practical workshop teaches you essential knowledge in 45 minutes so that you can act quickly and confidently in an emergency. You will learn the basics of lay resuscitation to significantly increase the chances of survival in the event of cardiac arrest.
The training is not a certified first aid course for driving licences or for occupational purposes, but a compact unit that prepares you for emergencies.
What to expect:
Recognising unconsciousness
Performing life-saving resuscitation measures
Handling an AED (automated external defibrillator)
This course will be held in German!
