The following section provides an overview of all potential faults to our buildings, technology and infrastructure as well as information on how to request constructional and technical repairs.

To report critical technical malfunctions, constructional or technical hazards and severe faults of electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitation systems please call:

Lecture theatre technology
Since 1 September 2021, the Media Technology Unit is no longer managed by the Division for Construction and Facility Management. They are now part of the University Computer Centre’s Multimedia Centre de.
To report any urgent cases of faulty equipment in lecture theatres, please call

Cleaning services
The University’s cleaning services are managed by the Staff Unit—Caretaking Services. To discuss any queries you may have, please contact this staff unit which is part of our Section Facility Management/Services.
Please note that the cleaning of construction sites is managed by our Section Construction Management II de.
