When you write us an e-mail…
- Please give us information about your request as briefly as possible. If your request is more complex, please visit us during our office hours.
- You must submit the originals of your requests, appeals, or evidence (certificates, statements) and not as e-mail attachments—we cannot take these into account.
We will process your enquiry as soon as possible, usually within a week (depending on the amount of e-mails received). In order to be able to process your enquiry swifter, please avoid any extra calls, e-mails, or fax messages.
