The Welcome and Service Desk for Doctoral Candidates and Postdocs is closed from 06 December for face-to-face contacts until further notice.
You can contact us in the following ways:

- via phone (03641/9401333) during the following telephone hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10.00h - 12.00h
Tuesday, Thursday: 14.00h - 16.00h - via video during the following consultation hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10.00h - 12.00h
Tuesday, Thursday: 14.00h - 16.00h
Please write us an e-mail in advance with your request and a desired time slot.
The following matters can be handled entirely by e-mail:
- Applications for enrolment can be submitted by e-mail. Alternatively, you can send the documents to the Graduate Academy via post (Johannisstr. 13, 07743 Jena) or drop them in the letterbox at the back of the entrance gate.
- Confirmations for submission to the Foreigners' Registration Office can be issued by us as electronic documents. It is not necessary to come by for the signature.
From 23 December to 4 January, the Welcome and Service Desk will take a break. We will be available again from 5 January.
