If you are an international degree-seeking student and would like to register for academic mentoring, please complete the following form. We are going to save your data only to fulfil our tasks performing the mentoring programme and we will treat it as strictly confidential.

Please be aware that in order to receive a mentor’s support you are obliged to take part in an information session on what we expect from you as a student/mentee and what you may expect from your mentor(s). Please contact us immediately by sending an email to ib-mentoring@uni-jena.de to make an appointment.

After that appointment, we will add your information to our database and contact you as soon as we find (a) suitable mentor(s). Sometimes this process may take some weeks and sometimes it happens very quickly. Thank you for your patience!
