How to contact us

Reasons for contacting the Central Student Advisory Service are manifold. You can reach us in person, by phone, email or online via video consultation. Consider in advance which of the following formats fits your needs best.

Individual consultation in person or via phone or Zoom

Consultation hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 12:20, Wednesday 14:00 to 16:00

Please write an email to zsb@uni-jena.de or call us Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 11:00 on +49 3641 9-411 111 to make an appointment.

Consultations take place either as telephone consultation (we will give you a call at the agreed time) or via an individual Zoom meeting. In the latter case, we will send you individual login data. Please take note of the information on data protection [in German] when using Zoom or the distance and hygiene rules [pdf, 2 mb] de when consulting on site.

Open group video consultation via Zoom

Consultation hours: Monday, tuesday und thursday from 13:00 to 14:00, wednesday from 11:00 to 12:00

You can join via the following link: https://uni-jena-de.zoom.us/j/93651258914  (password: ZSB2020).

Open consultations are suitable for general information. Since these are drop-in sessions where several people may be seeking advice, we recommend that you clarify sensitive issues in one-on-one consultations. On the other hand, the open format allows for a moderated group exchange. Please also take note of the information on data protection when using Zoom.

Email consultation with academic advisors

zsb@uni-jena.deTo a limited extent, consultation by email is also possible. This applies in particular when the information and advice you seek is clearly communicable. More complex queries, however, are better clarified by phone or within video consultations.
