Inclusion

The Inclusion Representative is the contact for:

• the affairs of employees with disabilities and equivalent status
• the organization of their work to suit their condition
• executives who would like to learn more about benefits for employees with disabilities and equivalent status

People with disabilities are entitled to special benefits to prevent disadvantages from arising in the workplace or to overcome them as quickly as possible. Within the scope of the Federal Act on Participation (Bundesteilhabegesetz, BTHG), Book IX of the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch, SGB IX) puts the focus on disabled people and lays the legal foundation for company stakeholders to promote the inclusion and integration of employees with disabilities.
