Access for prospective students and guests
As an external user, you only have to register once on the websiteExternal link. After that, you can use all the functions if you are logged in.
- Step 1: Go to the portalExternal link and click on ‘Für ein Konto registrieren’. Enter your email address and the displayed check code.
- Step 2: After a few minutes, you will receive a notification from the Service Desk in the inbox of the email address you registered with. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be directed to the portal. The display will show the password screen, where you can set a password. Afterwards, you can log your request in the Service Desk Portal.
Access for University members and students
Only one step is required: Go to the portalExternal link and log in with your University login and password (URZ login credentials). You can then submit your request.
