Get to know the Central Student Advisory Service​

Our team provides general information and advises students and prospective students. The Advisory Service is often the first point of contact for all questions relating to the decision to study, to studying itself as well as to social and personal problems at university and while studying.
Our services are always free of charge and optional.  If necessary, they can also be anonymous.

This is primarily about you—the focus is on your situation and concerns. We provide confidential, open advice and help you discover your personal strengths, interests, and career aspirations, so that you can find the right field of study for you.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:20, Tuesday 14:00 to 18:00 and on Wednesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00.

We additionally offer group drop-in sessions via Zoom: Monday to Friday 12.30 to 13:00

Our key task are counselling and helping our students embarking on their university studies. We also advise them when problems occur during their studies. In addition, we can help clear up questions related to career goals. To what extent can you put your studies into practice in professional context?
