Mental Health Awareness Days 2025
3 Days around mental health and prevention for doctoral, postdoctoral and supervising researchers. The event programme includes short workshops, input lectures and movement units around trending topics like stress reduction, playfulness as health strategy, and (mentally) sound leadership skills. The Mental Health Awareness Days are hosted by the Unibund Universities of Halle, Jena and Leipzig, plus the research institutes German Centre for integrated Biodiversity Research iDiv and the Helmholtz-Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ), and are funded by Techniker Krankenkasse.
