Programme content

In addition to an overview of music history, the programme focuses on an introduction to the subject as a historical and interpretative discipline. Project and practice-related modules are essential building blocks to ensure a connection to professional fields of activity, for example by working in academic editions, publishing houses, radio stations, opera houses, festivals or complete editions. At the same time, in a narrower sense, research-related modules in the major subject enable the expansion of subject-specific knowledge and thus preparation for the master's programme.
