A stay abroad is becoming increasingly important for your career. As a member of the teaching staff at the University of Jena, you have the opportunity to learn foreign education systems and to play an active part in shaping them, both in Europe or elsewhere in the world. On the following pages, you will find information about short-term teaching-related stays abroad.
Participating in various interdisciplinary projects of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the International Office offers university lecturers different funding options for global collaborations, business trips, and invitations for international academics. Depending on the project, you must meet different criteria. Please mind that not every trip or stay abroad can be funded.
