In 2022, the TMWWDG, in cooperation with the Stifterverband, will once again offer up to ten "Fellowships for Innovations in Digital University Teaching in Thuringia", each endowed with up to 50,000 euros.

The text of the call for proposals says: "The aim of the program is to provide incentives for the development and testing of digitally supported teaching and examination formats (for example MOOCS, flipped/inverted classroom, games, simulations, e-exams) or the curricular redesign of modules and study sections with the consistent use of digital technologies; to promote the exchange about (digital) university teaching and the dissemination of the developed teaching innovations by networking the fellows across universities; to contribute to the consolidation of digital university teaching in the universities themselves."

Applications for a fellowship can only be submitted via the university management. The university's internal application deadline is April 26, 2023. The call for applications is aimed at teachers who work at universities under the state sponsorship of the Free State of Thuringia.
The projects, which are expected to be selected by the end of July 2023, are to be funded over a period of 15 months, from Oct. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2024.

For interested applicants, the Stifterverband is offering an online information event on Thursday, April 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please sign up via mail to fellowships@stifterverband.de or on the website of the Stufteverband.
