You are welcome to borrow material from our catalog for your events. Our offer ranges from different rollups to tablecloths and table displays. All materials must be pre-ordered and picked up at Zwätzengasse.

Liability
The borrower is liable for the items borrowed by him/her until they are returned.
The borrower is liable for loss or damage to borrowed items during use, even if he/she is not at fault. In the event of damage to borrowed items, the University Communications Department will arrange for professional repair and will bill the borrower for the cost. In the event of loss, the borrower must bear the costs in full.

Textiles
Rented covers, tablecloths, etc. are only taken back cleaned. Wash these materials at max. 30°C with a mild detergent. Do not use a dryer. Iron the textiles at medium heat without sharp edges.

Use of the info displays in the university buildings

Within the university there are several information displays at different locations such as the main university building, the international office, Max-Wien-Platz, the computer center, etc.

We are happy to include your topics in the displays. On our own we are responsible for the display in the main university building and in the Rose Halls. In addition, we can also forward the information to other people responsible for the display via a mail distribution list and ask them to post the message.

For this we need a short text, a picture and the publication period from you by e-mail. According to a template we then create the message in the appropriate formats.

Alternatively, you can send us a ready-made message in two resolutions, which corresponds to the corporate design:
UHG monitor: 1,920 x 788 px (as there is still a news ticker running underneath).
Rosensäle monitors lower/upper floor: 1,920 x 1,080 px

For the duration of an event in the Rose Halls, the monitors can also be used continuously with your program on the respective floor.
