This EC2U Workshop focuses on promoting mental health and well-being strategies across the Universities of the Alliance. Key sessions explore the DRAMMA model and its relevance to improving quality of life, strategies for health promotion, and innovative approaches for the early detection of cognitive impairment. The event fosters dialogue among researchers, students, and professionals, encouraging evidence-based practices and shared learning within the EC2U community.
