EC2U Science Contest Team Call

We are looking for 5 Jena team members for the Science Contest de on 20 May 2026 in Turku (Finland).

Team members...

• enjoy using their expertise to answer questions from the audience in an entertaining way.
• are a professor, research assistant or doctoral candidate at the University of Jena.
• speak English really well.

Participation after selection

At the beginning of February, we will select five team members from all applications.

• There will be at least one preparatory meeting via zoom, where you will also get to know the other team members.
• You will take part in the EC2U ForumExternal link in Turku. Arrival Monday, 18 May 2026, departure Thursday/Friday, 21/22 May 2026. You will receive a mobility grant to cover travel and accommodation costs.
• On Tuesday, 19 May 2026, a team building activity with all teams and a warming up will take place in Turku.
• On Wednesday, 20 May 2026, the Science Contest will take place.
