In this workshop, we will explore practical ways to bring more structure into your everyday study routine. Methods such as Personal Kanban, the Eisenhower Matrix, and Tiny Habits offer different ways to organize tasks, set priorities, and breaking tasks down into manageable steps.

These techniques are easy to understand, and we will try them out using practical examples, relate them to typical situations in university life, and discuss when they might be useful. Participants can take away a set of practical tools and decide which ones fit their own way of working.
