Jira Service Desk - central customerspace

This service is only available to employees of the university.


Jira Service DeskExternal link adds a customerspace to the functional scope of Jira. This space provides customized forms that make it quick and easy to create requests. Customers can also use the space to enter comments on existing requests, attach files and track their own processes.
