Over eight months, participants complete seven modules covering a broad range of key topics—from effective communication and team development to conflict management and strategies for healthy self-leadership. Optional individual coaching can be added.
The program is aimed at emerging leaders with current staff responsibility, employees with limited leadership experience, and those who plan to take on a leadership role in the near future.
Its goals are to systematically build leadership skills, strengthen participants in their roles, foster a dynamic professional network, and deliver practical, hands-on training.
The 2025 FEP begins in November 2025 with 12 participants, with additional cohorts planned from Q4/2026 onward.
