Programme content & structure
The postgraduate programme serves to deepen and expand knowledge of Private and Public Commercial Law, taking particular account of European and international references. In addition to academic knowledge, it teaches practical skills and methodology. It comprises compulsory courses totalling 36 semester hours per week in the fundamental subject areas of Private and Public Commercial Law, Economics and Business Administration-Focus: Business Analytics and various supplementary subjects. At least two (compulsory) seminars must be proved|to register for|to take sth.|to enrol for. The courses must be chosen in such a way that at least 4 semester hours per week cover an aspect of international or European law. The degree programme also includes an eight-week internship and concludes with a master's thesis.

Academic achievements
Completion of a law degree at a German academic university with a grade of at least “satisfactory” in the first or second state law examination and a seminar certificate with a grade of at least “fully satisfactory”
or
a successfully passed intermediate examination (at least 9 points) if the postgraduate course is taken up during the regular law degree course
