New functions for Friedolin 2.0

The introduction of Friedolin 2.0 is in full swing, on November 18, 2025, our new HISinOne study service will go live. It will add numerous self-service functions to the Friedolin 2.0 portal, which so far has only been used for applications and admissions, such as online management of applications, extended view of fees and charges, changing your personal details and downloading letters of decision.

In the run-up to this change, it is necessary to transfer all student data from the previous system to the new one. In order to ensure data consistency, no changes must be made to the data during this period.

Therefore, there will be a two-week “freeze period” from 3 November 2025. During this period, access to Friedolin 2.0External link will not be possible and FriedolinExternal link, SOSgx, and POSgx will partially be available in read-only mode.
