Together with the seminar “Psychology in Occupational Safety and Health Promotion” (lecturer: Nele Plitt), we have initiated a series of contributions on our Instagram channel External linkon how to study ergonomically. Using illustrative videos, it is shown:

  • what ergonomics actually is
  • how you can design your workplace ergonomically
  • how to choose the perfect university bag and pack it optimally for your back health 
  • what offers there are to promote ergonomics at the University of Jena
  • how you can design ergonomic breaks between learning and writing homework, get moving and do something good for your neck, back and eyes

The goal was to attract attention because.
