How can we improve the way we research and teach education across cultures and systems?
A dynamic 3-day workshop for doctoral researchers and academic staff from EC2U universities, dedicated to exploring how we learn, teach, and research in education.
Meet peers across Europe, present your work, take part in creative and interactive sessions, and build lasting connections.
Through poster sessions, interactive workshops, and creative labs, this hands-on workshop is designed to help participants reframe their research and expand their academic network within the EC2U alliance.

Funding
The EC2U grant covers mobility costs for up to three (3) doctoral researchers from the University of Jena. Notice that two travelling days are included (November 11 & 15, 2025).

Who can apply?
Participants must be in their 2nd year of doctoral studies and will be selected by their home university. Selected candidates will present a poster at the workshop.
To apply for the Workshop, please submit a brief abstract of your PhD research (maximum 300 words) to christoph.vatter@uni-jena.de and thomas.schmidtgall@uni-jena.de
