Why Open Research Methods?
The term "Open Research Methods" stands for the transparent, publicly accessible documentation of the scientific process (e.g. through preregistration, laboratory protocols, codebooks) and the publication or at least referencing of all tools used. This includes the process of theoretical argumentation, the methodology of generating, analysing and interpreting data as well as its reproducibility.
