At the welcome and service desk, assistance and advice are offered to all young researchers of the University of Jena.Topics of advice may be:
- Registration as a postdoc
- Setting up a university computer centre account
- Provision of a Campus ID / Thoska
- Use of the library
- Further university events and offers for postdocs
