Your ERASMUS + application was successful? Congratulations! Now you are only a few (organizational) steps away from your foreign adventure. Below you will find all the necessary information about the documents to be submitted before, during and after your stay abroad.

Before starting your stay abroad, you apply for the ERASMUS + scholarship, sign the grant agreement and take your leave of absence for the semester/ academic year. In addition, in your Learning Agreement you specify the courses that you will attend abroad and indicate which of them should be credited for your studies. The learning agreement must also be revised in the event of subsequent changes in the course selection. Arriving abroad, have your arrival confirmed with a Certificate of Arrival by the local International Office. Before departure you also need a confirmation from the host university about the exact length of your stay, the socalled Letter of Confirmation. After the stay abroad it is important to have a transcript of records from your host university. Finally, write a report and fill out the EU questionnaire.

Below you will find further explanations to the necessary documents and the respective deadlines.
