Central IT support

Our IT service center is the central point of contact for all matters relating to the URZ's range of services de. Your fault reports and inquiries will be processed directly by our service center staff. If a problem cannot be solved immediately, a ticket will be created in our URZ Service DeskExternal link and experts in the URZ will deal with the problem as soon as possible.

    Help and support via remote maintenance
    Do you need IT support at short notice and an on-site appointment is not possible? Via remote maintenance, you briefly give support staff control over your computer. Solutions are discussed together and you can watch how the solution is being worked on.
