Use our Service Desk to submit your request quickly and easily online. Please submit all requests exclusively via the Service Desk using the appropriate request type. Proof of achievement (e.g., language certificates) can also be uploaded here.

By post
- If you wish to submit documents in person, please use the deadline mailbox at the main university building (located in the central mailroom at the Schlossgasse entrance). Documents (e.g., theses) may be deposited there until midnight on the deadline and will be considered submitted on time. To ensure timely delivery, please include the recipient’s address (Academic Office for Studies and Examinations – ASPA, Bachstraße 18k) and the sender’s address on the envelopes. Please make sure they are sealed. Postage is not required.
- In the building at Bachstraße 18k, you will find a mailbox next to the secretariat on the ground floor.
For mailing theses via external service providers (DHL, DPD, Hermes, etc.), please use only the postal address.
