... together in a team!
Sportveranstaltung Team
Image: Christoph Worsch (University of Jena)The University Sports Centre (university sports offer of the University of Jena and USV Jena e.V.) organizes outdoor and team training with experiential learning content. Be it on land, on water or in the air—they offer experiences in every element. The trainings combine the three main factors adventure, community and nature. They are designed for groups who want to experience and grow together.
Working in a team trains interdisciplinary key competences. In addition to individual skills such as initiative, self-confidence, self-reflection, and body awareness, they also help to develop social skills. The ability to work in a team, cooperation, communication, responsibility and the ability to deal with conflicts are some of the key competences that are fostered through joint outdoor adventures.
On the team training Website of the Teamtraining de you can find special offers such as the ‘Kick Off’ for first-year students or ‘Ein starkes Team’ (A strong team). The project team can also cater to individual wishes and put together a special programme—because every person and every group is unique!
