The Fulbright-Schuman Program is open to European students, scholars, and experts who wish to conduct research projects or teaching assignments in the United States on topics related to the EU or transatlantic relations. EU citizens may apply now through December 1, 2025, for grants lasting up to nine months.

Special attention should be given to the Fulbright-NATO Security Studies Award, which is aimed at researchers with a Ph.D., university faculty, and experts in the field of security policy.
