Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Our decisions and perceptions are often unconsciously influenced by cognitive biases—especially in an intercultural environment. How can we recognize and overcome these distortions to promote respectful collaboration in a diverse academic community? This workshop offers the opportunity to delve deeply into these challenges and develop practical strategies for a bias-free and inclusive way of working.
The workshops can be credited in the "iKompass" certificate program, the intercultural competency passport for employees of the University of Jena. This program helps university employees to overcome challenges that arise during international encounters.
