Would you like to find out for yourself whether your life is in balance? Are you currently preoccupied with performance or motivation? Do you have an idea of perhaps wanting to change something and don't yet know where to start? Then take advantage of micro-coaching with BalanceAktiv.
It is an instrument for self-analysis and visualisation of your current life balance, supported by an experienced coach. It allows the interested party to reflect on their current life situation with the help of a self-statement sheet and visualisation on the balance field.
The 4 pillars of life are analysed: Meaning, Social Contacts, Work, Health
In a 30-minute micro-coaching session, burdens, worries, joys and, if necessary, wishes for change are identified and personal potential for action is highlighted. You will receive an impulse for your future. Everything that is said remains in the room, everything that is written down you take with you.

Bioelectrical impedance analysis is an established method for determining body composition using electrical resistance measurement. During the measurement, parameters such as fat mass, muscle mass, and body water are recorded under standardized conditions. The measurement is performed while lying down and using adhesive electrodes on the wrists and ankles.

Discomfort in the shoulder and neck area is a common occurrence in everyday student and working life. In particular, prolonged sitting, repetitive movements and a lack of physical activity can, amongst other things, affect the mobility of the cervical spine and lead to tension or pain. The assessment allows for a detailed analysis of the cervical spine’s range of motion and can provide insights into functional limitations and individual strain patterns. The results serve as a basis for recommendations regarding posture, exercise and prevention.

Are you feeling stressed out by your studies, or do you just feel like everything is a bit much right now? Do you think mental health should be a priority at FSU Jena? Then come talk to us.
We want to hear from you about what resources you’re already familiar with and where the university could do a better job of reaching out to students. We’ll also be at our booth to tell you about our support groups and other resources available at the University of Jena. It’s completely informal—just a one-on-one conversation.
We look forward to seeing you!
