Healthy learning thrives on variety and active breaks. Even short bursts of movement promote concentration and performance – whether in the lecture hall, seminar, or home office. Dynamic teaching
Successful teaching depends on many factors – one small component, for example, can be the integration of active breaks, which have been proven to increase students' concentration and performance.
