Scientific computing encompasses methods of computer-aided modelling, simulation, and analysis of scientific and engineering systems. Examples range from the statistical evaluation of survey data and the visualisation of data sets to the simulation of physical relations using complex numerical models.

We operate IT infrastructure for scientific computing, as well as computationally intensive research projects and applications in the field of artificial intelligence. In addition, we provide environments for interactive analysis, offer support for the efficient use of these resources in your research project, and advise on the use of HPC resources at national supercomputing centres.
