It is also responsible for implementing legal frameworks, such as the AI Regulation, the Online Access Act, and the EU Regulation on Single Digital Gateway. A transparent and measurable implementation is ensured through an OKR-based approach (Objectives & Key Results).

Ensuring clear orientation, good support and transparent cooperation with all affiliates and departments of the University are central to this. The Office supports the introduction of digital processes through training programmes and designs targeted measures to promote the development of digital skills. A key component of this work is the systematic collection and consideration of users' feedback.
